The People's Law School is a program designed to provide adult residents of DeKalb County a general overview of the court system in Georgia, Magistrate Court, and our Specialty Courts. The curriculum includes education on civil, criminal, and ordinance matters. After completion of all class sessions, registrants will "graduate" from the People's Law School.
Classes will take place on Monday evenings for four consecutive Mondays, beginning Monday, October 14; ending Monday, November 4 from 6-8 p.m.
SPACE IS LIMITED and by "registering" for this event participants will be asked to complete a short application to be considered for the program.
Registering for this does NOT guarantee a space, this is an application. We will let you know if you have been accepted into the program by October 4, 2019. If you do not hear from us, you have NOT been accepted into the program.
